170 Acres of Prime Hunting Land in N/W Michigan

This is Prime hunting land perfect for a Deer Camp. I have a polebarn where you can hook up to power and water for your RV or Travel trailer. I have 170 acres of wooded land with 3 ponds and lots of cover. The deer Live and sleep on my property vs passing through like others as it has everything they need. I also have 2 track trails throughout a lot of the property for easy access with a quad or side by side to get to multiple spots throughout the property. The owner and his wife hunt the property also but with 170 acres there is room for up to 4 additional hunters owner feels comfortable letting in. Not only is it a deer paradise but it has turkey, bear and grouse on it. Also Has a fire pit to gather around at night over a nice camp fire. This is a Buck only camp and we are in an antler point restriction area where a deer must have 3 points on one side to be legal. This area has been doing that for about 8 years now or so and it’s really paying off as the bucks are very nice here and lots of shooters every season! You are welcome to put up stands etc…. Owner takes care of the property year- round which makes easy access to it. You dont have to worry about falling trees on the driveway or the 2 tracks, snow plowing, or paying the property taxes and insurance, or posting NO trespassing signs around the property, paying a mortgage payment on the land, etc….. All you have to do is show up and hunt. Unlike other clubs or places that let in dozens and dozens of people over a season only 4 will be allowed in all year.
