Not far from the northern Michigan (middle of the state) rural town of Evart (directly on U. S. 10, between the town of Clare and U. S. 131), are 20 rolling acres nestled on a dirt road and less than five minutes from Evart’s gas stations, bowling alley, propane refills, grocery store, lumber yard and old fashioned hardware store. IF something breaks, spills, tips or fails during your hunt ... It’s nice to have a chance to find a way to fix or replace it! The property offers a comfortable hunt for up to four or five people. The 20 acres are a long rectangle with the short end abutting the road. The hardwood woods has its own accessible short 2-track drive, directly into the open field. Bring your camp-trailer if you want to. There aren’t any hookups, but plenty of privacy. Within a quarter mile farmers have large corn fields and the deer on this wooded acreage are always coming and going.
