I have leased 2200 acres from a land owner that whos 3500 acres property is part of 35000 acres of family land. I would like to build a 20 year lease which is not easy to do in South Texas today. Looking for 6 management hunters to help build this program. Property has not been leased for hunting for over 15 years. Has a Great Population of game. Whitetail deer, turkey, dove, whitewing and quail. Has 8 stock tanks that do not go dry stocked with bass and catfish. They can be well feed. Has feeders and blinds. Each member can harvest one mature trophy buck, one mature management buck and one mature doe. ( 6 1/2 years mature). Two turkey and all the legal limits of dove, whitewing and quail. $4500. 00 per hunter and guests and family are welcomed.
