Property is completely fenced-in with 3 wire fence and gates at both ends of property on M-65 this is totally private land and we only lease to one person at a time so when you lease this it’s yours alone to hunt you can bring your own camping gear and set up your camp close the gates and lock your self in and get your deer . There’s a two track road that goes around the entire property, there’s a small water hole in the back of the property and deer runs everywhere the property’s all around have feed plots and ponds so we have deer crossing every where to find food and water plus our property has mostly woods with pine trees, oak trees and maple along with wild blueberries and raspberry so the deer are eating well as are the other wild animals its just a perfect hunting spot. We have a hydro at our end and if you need water it’s available also there’s a Porta John available for a pump out fee of $60. There’s a table and chairs that are at the camp. If you have a hunting partner you want to bring along that’s up to you as well.
