Lease for the year includes all hunting early Sept 18 -19   Oct 1- October 14-17 Independence November 14 bow hunting December 1 - January 1 Regular deer hunting November 15- 30 Anterless / late deer hunting December 13-30 January 1 $1,500 for the 2weeks of deer hunting or $2,500 if you want the full hunting of all the hunts ,the time you pick is yours alone unless you decide to bring a friend or family member we never allow more than one person to lease at any hunting period so that you can have the full 36 acres to your self Porta John available for $60. You supply your own shelter and water is available at our pump we live on the property so we are here Year round property is completely fenced in and there are gates at both ends once you lease you are able to bring your things and set up your camp and lock the gates as you come and go we only ask that all hunters follow all hunting rules and clean up after yourselves we don’t want litter or trash left and our property There is a trail that goes around the entire property with deer runs everywhere there is black bear and bobcats and you should be aware of that as they live here and we want them to be safe and healthy so trash is not a good thing to leave around Funds are to be paid in cash Half up front the remainder are to be paid before hunting the past hunter says he’d like to come back if anyone is interested in sharing the cost and he did great for the last two years he has gotten a total of 16 deer and there’s no shortage of deer here and if you wanna come take a look and see what you would be getting as your private hunting camp give us a call and we can set up a tour
