42 Acre wooded tract with pipeline access - Killed many of Dove and Deer here.

This is a great piece of wooded property with access to a pipeline where we have planted brown top millet and soy beans in the past for deer and dove hunting. It can be planted again this year if there is interest. Tons of deer live in the forest adjacent to the pipeline. You can hunt the pipeline with a rifle or hunt the woods with a bow. It has been great to me but now I’d like to share it with others. There are turkeys in the area but I have never tried to hunt them, I have even seen quail and woodcock out there as well. Open to a monthly or annual lease arrangement.
