450 acres awesome hunting lease

I am leasing out 450 acres in Menard county for $2500 per gun (prefer 2 or three guns, I am the fourth). I have hunted it for years and have three bucks over 150 bc surrounded by the Rocking Chair ranch and the Del Venado both over 22,000 acres. Low fence hunting doesn’t get any better , power and water at camp. Blinds and feeders provided if needed. But i have seven blinds and feeders and four could find a better spot and the other three are guarantees.
