$1000 - $5000
47 acres that walks and hunts like a 100acres with three large hills all wooded except for the food plots. Three food plots, two, two-seater homemade ground blinds in two plots, third plot was created late last year. Two 300-pound gravity corn feeders in the two older plots. Minerals fed in all three plots Year-round plus a 4th established ladder stand with a 60lb corn feeder and minerals. One stocked pond. There is a 21-acre clear cut done in 2014 that I stay out of for deer bedding. I am surrounded by 2000 acres of clear-cut Mead paper company on three sides with landowner permission to hunt and recover on a rear joining 90 acres. There is one year-round wet creek through my property, one intermittent wet and dry creek through a large wooded bottom area, and a third steep ravine that has a spring in it that feeds into the back of my stocked pond beside my houses. I retired and bought and moved to the farm in 2012 and have been making it a great deer and turkey hunting place ever since. Yearlong lease for two men that can help me wire and plumb the new home I am building on site. Bring your Camper or stay in the old farmhouse with me if we get along (No smoking in either of the homes here, and no drinking to get drunk, drugs are an immediate cancellation), and until the new one can be moved into. I home cook pretty well too, and for the wiring and plumbing work meals included. Work traded for this a yearlong access to two guys or a father and son combo. Workers only hunt with their own kids only. I am the only hunter here except when I take my invalid dad 84 years old to one of the established ground blinds (He did not hunt last year but maybe this year). Lower portion of the home is three quarters wired already panel and full electric hooked up already Only the master bathroom left to wire, my brother is a retired electrician, but his health won’t allow him to finish the project with me. So, all the heavy hard work has been done already. Only the master bath and two upstairs bedrooms and a full bath and loft area need wired. I am just not an electrician or plumber but a dangerous carpenter. This is a 100% 8” x 8” post and beam build, not pole barn. I had an Amish man and crew help me get it up and covered and then I took over on the interior. The wiring has been signed off on when my brother and I had the electric company set the pole, transformer, and new meter for 400-amp service, so that is done and no more building inspections or inspectors of any kind. They only care about the pole transformer and who connected the power into the fuse panel and that is done. The only other thing that is done and that needed inspected was the new septic system that was installed in 2018, so no worried their either. Men call and talk, kids’ text and I am not dang kid.
