7 day Kentucky whitetail hunt on 213 acres of western Kentucky bottom ground

Prime Kentucky hunting land for lease. 213 +/- acres of hardwood timber, crop ground, and food plots. This property has approx. 60 tillable acres (57.2 per USDA) that is cropped w/ approx. 2 acres being in food plots. The remainder in hardwood timber. I am leasing 7 day hunts for 7 weeks out of the Kentucky 2014 deer season for $1000 per hunter ( 4 hunters or less per hunting party per week). This property borders the Green River in Henderson county Kentucky, and is known for producing some bruiser whitetail bucks. It borders over 2000 acres of private ground to the west and north that consists of crop ground, mature hardwood timber, and sloughs where no hunting is allowed. This is the right combination to grow and hold mature whitetail bucks. The dates available for lease are as follows: Sept. 6-12 (Opening week of bowhunting) catch a monster buck still in velvet, Oct. 13-19 (bowhunt the first 5 days and hunt the 18-19 w/ a muzzleloader), Oct. 25-31 (bowhunt the beginning of the rut), Nov. 1-7 (best bowhunting in my opinion for that monster buck), Nov. 8-14 (gun season), Nov. 15-21 (gun season), and Dec. 13-19 (week long muzzleloader hunt can be good during 2nd rut). These dates are available and will consider adjusting these dates depending on situation. No lodging or meals are included. Restaurants and lodging are within 10-15 miles from the farm. This is a self guided hunt. I give you the hunting rights to the farm for a week and you hunt how u wish according to Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations and game laws.
