7000 acres on the Pecos River

Looking for 8 management minded hunters for 7000 acres near iraan, tx that runs along the pecos river.  This ranch has not been leased for 7 years and has the potential to produce 150+ whitetail.  There is a good mix of whitetail and mule deer.  One trophy buck, one management buck and 3 does.  Rv hookups available, some deer stands and feeder on the property or you can bring your own.  Hunters are responsible for filling and maintaining feeders.  Prefer one group.  This is for hunting season only.
