750+ acres available; part of a 3,000 acre collectively managed Hunting Cooperative

We currently have approx. 750 acres available for lease with a possibility of an additional 500 acres.
This acreage is part of a 3000 acre collectively managed hunting cooperative. This property is managed extensively with the intent of growing quality south georgia bucks. Our goal is to only harvest 4.5yr old+ bucks. In the past this property has produced several bucks in the 120-160” range. Over the last 2 years we have implemented a supplemental feeding program with nearly 1 feeder per 100 acres across the property. We feed a high protein mix march-august and a maintenance blend september-february. Feed cost on the portion of property available to lease is not included in the $15/acre cost. We do encourage each member to harvest a minimum of 1 doe/year to help in keeping our buck:doe ratio as close as possible.

Note: serious archery hunters are preferred, as we would like to minimize gun hunting pressure and increase the likelihood of club members harvesting bucks that can be registered in the pope & young record books.

If you have a group of hunters interested, we like to keep number of hunters per acre to a minimum. Our preference is no more than 1 hunter per 150 acres.
Ex: 5 hunters on 750 acres, or 8 hunters on 1200 acres.

I will respond to inquiries with a short application/questionnaire for you to fill out. Qualifying applicants will likely receive a phone call to assure we only accept serious deer hunters! We only want members who will abide by club rules and contribute to the success of this property. This is not a “if it’s brown, it’s down” club. If you want meat in the freezer, there are plenty of does to be harvested off of this property as well.
