Long Leaf Pine Forests bordering Little Satilla River,  495 acres,  passes, to 2, 4 acre ponds.

These reforested longleaf pinelands have been in the family since the 1820 Ga land lottery and border very near to the Little River Satilla basin, out from Offerman towards Screven, Georgia. There are three principle tracts, a 200-acre tract east of Hwy. 84 near the “Little Satilla” River bridge, another 39. 5-acre tract with two (4 acres) stocked ponds with catfish in one and redbreast, brim, trout access. West of Hwy 84 is another 85-acre longleaf pine tract with a bay-headed cut over 90-acre tract parallel to Southern Diversified timber company. The tracts are accessible by one of the oldest road/trails in Georgia, “Stagecoach Road, which led inland from the coast from Savannah to St. Augustine, to avoid having wide river transits, crossing the lesser veins of the “Big Satilla.”  Over 340+- acres @ $28 per acre, $9520 covers first three hunters, 3 listed hunters (w/families) running annually January 1 - Dec. 31. . No hunting 2025 year. An annual lease is available. Gates & cables are in place. There are known “10 pointers” & “8 pointers” within the herd. We are looking for recreational hunters with families. An RV parking hookup is being offered@ $50 a night,  which includes water, electricity, extra outdoor bathroom,  grade steel sink fire-pit stocked with split logs, access to kayaks & small fishing boats for the two 4 acre ponds. A 35’ 2012 Jayco, sleeps 3 is also available for an additional $55 per night. A nearby dog kennel with a common run can accommodate up to 3 dogs @$30 per night.
