996 acres of second best buck hunting lower edisto. 7 acre pond is stocked by Clemson. 5 food plots

Hasn’t been hunted since 2021 (except predators). We allowed 5 members in 2021 for $10,000 total. No one went without a minimum 8 pointer. We have 1. 2 miles of river front access, scratchnose, a lake and pond. There are 6 climbers in place now. 4 of those have been baited since June. 2 just started being baited in the past couple weeks. 4 food plots are in the ground. If any members need help getting a blind or whatever else where he would like it I’ll be happy to leave a tractor out. I understand it isn’t a cheap lease, we spend well over what we make back along with countless get togethers with our immediate neighbors to keep the bucks healthy.
