Approx 380 acres of prime hunting acreage. Have only had 2 other groups on this ranch in last 35 years. This acreage is one pasture out of approx 1200 acres. Looking for long term commitment on this family managed property. Will require face to face meeting and only persons who will respect the resource and our property will be considered. We are located approx 20 miles north of Sonora, tx and 200 miles west of San Antonio. Have hookup for your trailer. The remainder of the ranch is hunted by family and only 2 or 3 deer are harvested there annually. Additional acreage may be available. Would like 3 responsible hunters.
