Beautiful, forested 880 contiguous acre hunting property

We have 880 contiguous acres in the Alabama Black Belt, well known for premiere hunting, located in Lamar, Pickens and Fayette Counties. We are taking day hunt reservations for the 2020-2021 whitetail deer season. We have used land and deer management techniques for many years to give our hunters an opportunity to harvest trophy bucks. No trophy fees. Bucks must be 8 points or better, mandatory. The property consists of cutover, deep bottoms, thinned pine areas, pine and hardwood thickets, young pines, many streams and creeks, including Little Coal Fire Creek, SMZ’s, a small fishing lake, 18 food plots, 7 newly cleared 200 yd trails, shooting houses, ladder stands, tower stands, a tri-pod, blinds and owner’s cabin on site to check in. Amenities include a firepit, grill, and shooting targets. Lodging and camping available close by. Our property officially opens for muzzleloader and gun seasons, however, if you’re a bow hunter, give us a call. Rates Per Person Per Day:
1 Day:  $250
2-4 days:  $200 daily;
5-7 days:  $175 daily

Only ten hunters per day are allowed to hunt
