Many large deer have been taken by long time, non-resident group but this year they failed to draw bow tags. Property is available for maximum of 2 people bow hunting only…from October 1 - to November 20. Managed food plot in place - roughly 100 acres of timber (much old growth oak and walnut), diversified topography, interesting structure and large, clean pond.

In recent past, over 100 deer on the property counted at one time. Access is easy, trail cam and hunt photos from previous two seasons tell the story below. Landowner also has fully furnished, comfortable hunting cabin nearby…winner bidders will be provided with owner’s telephone # to work out cabin details.

Lease guidelines: ATV’s for hunting purposes only; hunters must provide deer stands and stands must be removed from property no later than Nov. 20th. Owner agrees to remove cattle prior to October 1. No commercial outfitters. Lease cost includes $2.0 million hunting liability insurance coverage.
