50+ Seniors HUNTING CLUB - 8 member limit. (1,150 High fence & 400 acres low fence bordering a 22,000 acre low fence ranch) near Rocksprings, Texas. All Inclusive hunting club. A place like no other. 160” to 180” bucks available each year for every member to harvest. High Quality amenities. 1 guest per hunter on weekends. Hunts are during the Edwards County TPWD MLD Whitetail Season starting in October 1st through Nov. 15th 2020. MLD 3 permit. No filling feeders, No off season work needed, no hassles. Beautiful fully furnished Lodge that sleeps up to 12 persons. Lease includes TV’s, Outdoor cooking area and fireplaces, full kitchen, rifle range, skeet shooting range and many amenities. 10 – New Two person Blinds and corn feeders included. WIFI. Cell Service. Outdoor room. Covered lighted cleaning station with walk in cooler and ice machine. Freezers and full kitchen with all utensils. Deer cleaning service and a cook is available for extra fee. Hunters are required to provide UTV’s to access the hunting areas. Protein and cottonseed fed during grow out season. 200” to 270” genetic doe and bucks released each year since 2014. Seniors have no hassle, no work hunting. Ranch Manager and his wife are there to help. Feeders filled by staff. Each Hunter is allocated 1 Trophy Whitetail buck (that score up to 190”) , 1- 8 pt. Whitetail management buck up to 145” OR a Axis Trophy buck up to 32”(max 3), 1 Axis doe and 2 whitetail doe. Trophy Whitetails that score greater than 190” are charged $80 per inch in SCI score up to 200” then $100 per inch. 1 additional Whitetail management buck per member can be purchased for $2,250. Other exotic animals like Axis, Blackbuck and Red Sheep are available for additional fees. Price is $7,500 per hunter. Varmints allowed to be hunted. Some hogs in the area. ALSO folks…. The bucks we have on this ranch are of the quality that members will have a great chance to win a Los Cazadores Jacket. Los Cazadores just opened up a Hill Country contest where the scoring station is located in Fredricksburg, Texas. That’s on the way home for most hunters. It’s about 1. 5 hrs from This ranch. We will be encouraging members to enter the contest. We will also have special weekend mid-day events for our seniors.
