Deep South Texas Lease, 3750 acres, Starr County, TX 2024/25 Season

The ranch is approximately 14,000 acres high fenced with all South Texas native whitetail genetics located in deep South Texas. The ranch is under MLDP and has been extensively managed the last 15 years. The program we have in place will have to be followed, protein feeding, plots and what can and cannot be shot if subleased (non-negotiable.) I lease approximately 7300 acres and have been on the ranch for 10 years. L’m considering subleasing 3750 acres of the 7300 acres to the right group (has to be a good fit.) Looking for a group of 5 hunters to take it over. The price is $15 per acre. That does not include supplemental protein feeding (Double Down Brand), food plots and misc. Costs. There is a house provided for the group. No RV’s permitted. This is not for this season 2023/24, it’s for next season 2024/25. If interested please reach out to me so we can discuss.
