We have 6 openings for New Members for 2020 hunting season. This is a family lease we welcome children./ also you have year round use . We have pipeline, pine plantation, creek areas and clear cut areas. Available , [some of our hunt areas already have deer stands on them.]    Lease has 3400 acres, each Member gets TWO hunt areas , 4 DEER ALLOWED PER MEMBERSHIP [ AS per Texas laws] The lease is a Conservation Harvest Class which means members can Hunt Doe’s , [ we provide the Doe tags,]  from October thru February. . There is a Camp Ground w/ Elec, large covered area for cooking - gathering. EZ access, good roads. Lease fee 1,295. 00 for 2020 . [Membership includes -wife -children under 18]  Lake Sam Rayburn is close by, great fishing.
