250 acre high fenced ranch located 17 miles south of Mason on Hwy 87. Ranch consists of rolling hills with abundant live oaks and brush providing good wildlife habitat. Ranch has 3 elevated box blinds, and 1 ground box blind as well as feeder pens. Corn feeders are not furnished. There are also 4 protein feeders with pens on the property. Included in the lease is a 2 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished mobile home with a storage building. This ranch has been managed extensively the past seven years to ensure the best possible genetics have been passed on to each generation of deer. We are interested in serious hunters who are willing and able to continue a protein feeding program and solid management practices. Rifle hunters only. $12,000 per year.
