Hunters Retreat

I have a Deer hunting only lease for the 2020/2021 (October 1, 2020 through January 15, 2021). Hunting season in Osage county / 190 acres of big deer prime hunting land near cleveland/hominy area. There is a cabin to stay in with heat and air. Electricity, fridge, outdoor shower, makeshift toilet, freezer, running water. This place is isolated away. Not much oil traffic at all. They are in and out early and away from all hunting stands and blinds. You will never see them. Two food plots will be planted for you with multiple feeders throughout area for you to set up in late August to first week of September depending on the heat and rainfall. I am looking for a two hunter group at $3750 each hunter. I am open to a three group hunters for $3,350 each Hunter. We No guests are allowed on property while hunting. I signed notarized contract and liability waiver before season is started must be turned in with full payment. I do take credit cards with a 5% service fee.
