Hunting Lease - $7000, Utopia TX: Whitetail rifle season through Spring Turkey season (Nov.-May)
~140 Acres currently feeding 2 feeders. This will be the maximum number of feeders for safety. Hunters will be responsible for the filling of feeders/feeder repairs through the term of the lease. The property is used to graze cattle off and on through out the year, hunters may pen around feeders to keep the live stock off if desired. There is an area with access to electricity and water that may be used. Low fence property with Whitetail, Hogs, Turkey, Coyote, & small varmints which may be hunted during the term of the lease when in season. Other species/exotics maybe only be taken on a case by case arrangement made with the property owner prior to the hunt.
