Iowa Hunting Lease 1st, 2nd Shotgun Season or Muzzel loader Zone 5

Hunting lease available in Zone 5 in Marion and Monroe counties (all within 2 miles of each other) for the either shotgun season and possible the muzzleloader season. Our hunters did not draw so we are looking for hunters to help share the expenses. We are only interested in hunters that are willing to practice QDM! We will only allow 2 hunters hunters total for both shotgun seasons. There are three properties totaling 475 acres of prime hunting land.

Property #1 40 acres of CRP and timber
Property #2 160 acre mix of pasture, creeks and approximately 80 acres of timber. This property is surrounded on three sides with row crops..
Property#3 275 acre mix of timber river bottom and some pasture. There are row crops north and east of the property.
The only other people hunting will be two or three out of state bow hunters with limited time to hunt.
There are currently seven stands that were hung in March (with more to come) that you would be able to hunt in, along with bringing your own. We are asking 2000.00 per hunter or 3000.00 for 2 hunters for the first shotgun season. call for prices for second shotgun or muzzleloader seasons.
