Kendall County Deer Lease

Kendall county whitetail deer , some exotics. A total of 8 hunters on the lease with 1 opening presently, $2350. 00 per hunter which includes electricity and propane. Bunk house for sleeping and camp house with shower , toilet and kitchen w/fridge and stove. Also has fireplace (nothing fancy). Hunter must supply deer stand and feeder. Each hunter may take one whitetail buck 8 point or better 4 1/2 years or better; one spike buck with long spikes 2 1/2 old or older. Hunter must also take two whitetail does. Hunting only allowed during months of november and december. Mountain bike riding is allowed during off season on ranch. Price of lease broken down into 3 payments.
