Large West Texas Quail Lease

We have two large quail leases in West Texas, west of Lubbock. One is 24,457 acres and the other is 27,860 acres. They are both native pasture, mainly consisting of mesquite and good grass with some shinery mixed in there in places. The moisture has been good this year and are expecting a phenomenal hatch. The price is $1/acre. There is nice lodging on the smaller of the two ranches, which will be included with the lease of that particular ranch.
