4,598 acres on large 20,000+ acre ranch looking to add members to existing group. Need 10-11 members for a total of 19 members. Average hill country deer with potential to see 140-150 inch whitetail deer. Ranch is under MLD conservation program and we usually get 2 buck and 2 doe tags. We also have axis, but the axis harvest will be determined by annual flyover. Family friendly with water and electric hookups for RVs. Price is $3,500 per year plus your share of electric bill.
