This is a 140 acre Cattle farm. You would have access to about 80 acres of hay field, pasture, raspberry and autumn olive groves, pine and deciduous hard woods. A creek runs through the property. We are overrun with whitetail deer. Plenty of turkey too. Coyotes vocalizing every night but haven’t taken any yet. We do not bait, and do not want to (we have too many deer already and want to eradicate them). The surrounding properties bait (the surrounding properties have no water, so the deer have to cross ours to get to the creek). There are currently no standing blinds. You are welcome to bring a camper, and nestle it in among the pine trees adjacent to one of the fields, but there is no water or electric hookup. Trophy bucks have been taken here. You are welcome to set up temporary blinds and tree stands of course (We may also allow a permanent blind for long term lease). Short term leases (days, weeks), seasons and year available.
*Trades available for labor during hay season:  Give me three or four guys to bail hay a few days during summer and no cash needed for hunting permission.
