MULE DEER LEASE – AWESOME TROPHY QUALITY IN WEST TEXAS / COCHRAN, COUNTY on NEW MEXICO BORDER

Two large, separate parcels located in cochran county right on the new mexico border near bledsoe, texas.

·    one portion consists of 3420 acres. This country is all rolling sand hills with shinnery and that is the best for west texas mule deer - especially big bucks. The cost is $4.00 per acre and will be limited to a maximum of 4 hunters.

·    the second portion consists of 8,002 acres that is next to the 3420 (actually connected at one part on one side). This terrain is also rolling sand hills with shinnery plus mesquite. If leased as the complete 8,002 acres the cost would be $3.50 per acre, and again that is for the entire tract. The 8002 acres could be divided into two separate lease pastures consisting of 4557 acres and 3445 acres. These two pastures are separated by a dirt road. If divided the cost would be $4.00 per acre. Maximum of 8 hunters.

·    i hunted the adjoining county to the east when it opened to mule deer hunting a few years ago. In three days of hunting three of us killed a 212, a 192 (net), and a 176. This is the same kind of country.
