Three good ponds and a flooded cultivated in one duck lease. First two ponds are both over an acre in size with plenty of great duck food, millet, barn yard grass, pond weed, and smart weed. These have been consistent ponds over the past few years with some decent fishing in the summer and fall. Third hole is a flooded timber hole loaded with smartweed, surrounded by hardwoods, great for woodducks and your late season mallard hunts. Fourth duck hole is a small pond that floods out several acres of a cultivated field after a good rain. This is the only pond that is rain dependent. Max of 4 hunters $1,500/gun
