MICHIGAN’s RIFLE SEASON IS ALMOST IRRESTISTIBLE, yet now that we are retired ... It makes a bit more sense for us to periodically offset our property taxes by letting YOU put some venison into YOUR freezer. This portion of our Northern Michigan (i. E. The Lower Peninsula - save yourself the drive over the Bridge) Osceola County acreage,  BOASTS:

>> Hardwoods +  Cedar & White Pine
>>  Swampy-spots (a deer favorite)
>> Gently rolling terrain +  ridges & flat stretches
>>  Pasture & woods

YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE your ATV or side-by-side.

>>  There are vintage apple trees & wild berry patches which help motivate the deer to memorize our address generation after generation. Access is via a locked gate, off of a (plowed!) country road. We have an outhouse onsite you are welcome to use and
frankly there IS a nice spot to
park a trailer if you don’t mind not having any hookups. We also have a fieldstone fire ring. As you might expect, we need you to treat the property with respect as though it were your own, taking full insurance responsibility for your time during Hunting Season (and YES - you may come early to set up blinds, if you’d like). Please honor all relevant Michigan Hunting Laws plus, we do not want any of the non-deer species to be shot nor trapped while you are enjoying your Deer Season (the grandchildren enjoy them too much - even if the porcupines and coyotes & others are considered nuisance-species to most folks).
