Runnels County Seasonal Lease with Amenities

Seasonal Hunting Opportunity in Central Texas–Runnels County- All listed below is provided. The only thing missing is your group and your RV’s. Focused on groups of Friends and Families. This Lease is from September through February. All six of our T-Square Blinds are 4ft x 6ft and will accommodate two Hunters. Additionally each Blind is equipped with two BlackOut Comfort Max 360 Mag Elite Chairs. All six Game Winner Feeders hold 600 pounds of feed and we feed year round a custom mixed Wildlife grain and sorghum feed. We have been feeding year round twice a day since the Fall of 2018. In addition to our custom mixed feed we put out Antler Max 20% Protein from March through October. Hunters Camp has electrical service designated to seven camp sites with 30 & 50 Amp connections and Non-Potable water provided. Bring your own home away from home (RV) to the Ranch and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of your daily chaos. An A-Frame to elevate and clean your harvest is near the camp. There is also a Fire Pit to gather around and enjoy the evenings reminiscing about your hunts and making new memories with your group of friends and family. Also included is a 100 yard Gun Range with Steele targets to make sure your firearm is ready for your hunt or to have some fun within your group. This Seasonal lease is for a group of six hunters at $3500 per hunter. If your group is less than six hunters the total amount for all six hunting positions is still required for the smaller group.
