Lease description: This lease is Seasonal = 1 April to 1st weekend in January only. We are offering -3- small pastures to group of no more than -3- hunters. The fee is $4000. Per hunter. Total -$12,000. Game permitted to harvest = Spike Buck (true Spike -2 -horns only minimum 5” long) and tag out on Does per hunter. Spring Turkey season included. From now until Sept 1 you may construct blinds, build feed pens, and run feeders. Lease runs from April 2024 to 1st Sunday in January 2025. We allow you to refill feeders during the year with prior notice/text in advance of coming to the lease. We offer Whitetail deer and Rio Grande Turkey. We offer = 1 Mature 8-point Whitetail buck per Hunter in conjunction with our 17 year membership in the Menard County WMA. We strictly follow Game management guidelines as set by our Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Biologist. The family has owned and lived on the Ranch since 1874.
