South Texas Lease for Bow Hunters - Year Round

Ranch is 2,000 acres.  Looking for 2 archery hunters, to join 4.  Year round access.  Guest allowed.  Long term lease term.

There are electrical and water hookups for trailer placement, nice setting next to lake.  There’s good deer populations and quality.  Duck and goose hunting. It’s got a lake (lake corpus christi) that borders west side of ranch with good boating and fishing. It’s low fenced but has good natural land borders for the wildlife.  Limit of one trophy buck per season, there are plenty culls/does to fill the rest of the tags.

Each hunter responsible for their own hunting setups (ie: blinds, feeders).  Each hunter responsible for keeping at least 2 protein feeders maintained thru the year. Protein is delivered to barn, cost is split evenly within the group.

We’ve harvested a number of 140s, 150s and a couple 160’s.  We must have someone who will partner well with our group, easy going, mature, respectful, and willing to do what it takes to manage the ranch and wildlife properly.

Each hunter is $7k/year.  It’s a great year-round lease situation.  The four existing hunters are mature, friendly, and easy going, looking for 2 similar to join this small group.
