Sunflower Fields Season Dove Lease Central Texas

Season Dove Lease availalbe. You may lease out one spot as an individual or entire field as a group. No war zones on opening morning, all of our fields are private and strictly managed to prevent over hunting. Limited amount of hunters will be allowed on each lease, on average 1 hunter for every 10 acres will be allowed and absolutely NO day leasing or guiding on these properties. Lease holders are the only individuals that will have the hunting rights for dove season. We have three sunflower fields available for this coming season. Hewitt 100

Private Season Dove Lease Located halfway between Dallas and Austin right off I35. This field is planted in 100 acres of commercial sunflowers. Field will be harvested before season starts. Good mature tree line on West side of the field. Great area and great crop for producing quality dove hunts throughout the season. This would make a perfect field for a private group or corporate field for up to 10 hunters.

Mcgregor 300

Another great dove lease just outside downtown McGregor. Historically this area is well known for dove hunting and white wing flyway. You don’t want to miss out on this wone. This 300 acre lease is planted in 130 acres of commercial sunflowers and 170 acres of grain corn. Both crops will be harvested prior to opening day. There are several tree lines surrounding the property and easy access off gravel road. We have high expectations for dove production off this lease.

McGregor 286

Commercial sunflower field available in Central Texas for season dove lease. This lease is located West of McGregor, Tx. This area is known for heavy dove traffic and white wing flyway. This 286 acres lease is made up of 140 acres of commercial sunflowers that will be harvested before opening day, and 146 acres of grain corn. Good tree lines for shade, easy access of country road with gravel road access to fields.
