Free Range Red Stag Hunting on 32,000 acres in the rugged mountains of Far West Texas.  Large herd of completely free ranging stags, no fences but very good hunting for stags up to and over 300”.  Very unique opportunity to hunt stags in rugged, wide open area with no fences-seldom encountered in North America.  Rut or “roar” hunts in late September through October are ideal but hunts can take place during September thorugh mid November, or between Christmas and the end of February.  Hunts are guided and include lodging in a functional 3B/1B ranch house with appliances, running water, etc.  Walk-in cooler outside is very handy.  $5,000 total cost of hunt.
Very good trophy aoudad hunting available as well.  75% success this year on rams, up to 30” with thick horns and very heavy bodies.  Hunts are semi-guided (lodging and walk-in cooler, point you where to go) and cost $2000 each.
