West Texas Aoudad Hunts

Aoudad hunts are now available at the Crane Lane Ranch located just west of Del Rio, Texas! This 12,000-acre ranch features beautiful West Texas terrain with high ridges and deep valley bottoms that run through the property just west of the Devils River. The numerous rock ridges located on the ranch are home to a great number of Aoudad. West Texas terrain is rough and rugged which makes navigating this beautiful land challenging but rewarding! There is a road system throughout the ranch, however, walking will be necessary to glass from the fingers on the ridge tops. Good boots and optics are essential to hunt Aoudad. Furthermore, shots of 300 yards or more are often required to harvest a trophy Aoudad. Being comfortable with shooting a longer distance is not necessary but will give the hunter an advantage. There is a shooting range available on the ranch to sight and check firearms prior to your hunt. The price of the hunt includes one Aoudad Ram and lodging. At this time hunters will be required to provide their own food and beverages. However, if interested in an all-inclusive hunt please contact us for pricing and availability. The price of a 3-day hunt is $4,000 per hunter. The price for two hunters is $7,500 with a max of two hunters per booked hunt. The hunt starts day one at 1:00 PM and will conclude on day 3 at 1:00 PM or whenever an Aoudad is harvested. Hunts are available on a first come first serve booking and will require a non-refundable deposit of 25%.
