      •  Located Just a Few miles from Sonora Texas. The Lease, Also known as the     [ LITTLE- PLACE ] ,  Is A 2500 acre family Owned Ranch. Very beautiful although some spots are brushy! Has a lot of flat open areas and the ranch, fences Roads are well maintained! Leased out for ground / grass and Hunting privileges. Yes it is stocked with CATTLE and GOATS. It consist of three pastures known as, - ( NORTH PASTURE, MIDDLE PASTURE AND SOUTH PASTURE )  There are two entrances to get into the ranch, one is on FM - 864. Just three miles from the LOVES TRUCK STOP. The other entrance is on MYERS ROAD - ( CEMETERY RD ) Just about 9 miles From Sonora TX. Compatible with RV hookups and a spot to set camp. As known as (HEAD QUARTERS -  LOCATED IN SOUTH PASTURE) If there are any blinds or feeders or anything that’s used for HUNTING PURPOSES from prior hunters. Feel free to take advantage! All I ask is that you abide by what the contract states, pick up after yourself, and please don’t throw HOUSE-HOLD TRASH IN THE DUMP.
