Whitetail deer lease on wildlife preserve in Leander, TX

Lease is for an annual whitetail deer management hunt at Baker sanctuary, a wildlife preserve on the outskirts of Cedar Park, TX. Lessee will need to provide own feeders and blind and will have two shooting lanes. The lease is in mature, cedar/oak woodland, ie not very open habitat. Rifle hunting only but for $900 the lessee will have access to their site for the entire season (thru the special season). Hunting is sunrise to sunset only and no camping is allowed on site. To access site, an atv is recommended. Lessee will also have option to return the following year.
