Whitetail & hog hunting

Seasonal hunting lease available in Coke County Texas.  This lease contains 1000 acres with 190 acres of cultivation (all low fence).  There is additional cultivation which surrounds the lease on other parts of the ranch.  Brush cover is medium to very heavy.  There are concrete water storage tanks with troughs & six earth tanks with one being fed by a well.  There is ¾ of a mile of a (wet weather) creek on the lower south west side and over 1 mile of the Colorado River running along the southern boundary of the ranch.  This lease includes four Boss Buck 1200lb. Protein feeders, ten blinds & seven 400lb. Greengo corn feeders with timers already set up and located throughout the ranch.  There is a place to clean game with lighting, electricity & water available. 

This lease will be from November 1, 2022 thru January 1, 2023 & includes Whitetail deer & hogs (rifle only).  Looking for a group of no more than 5 management minded hunters.
