This 16,080 – acres hunting land is mostly covered with forests, wetlands, agricultural lands, and other brushy uplands. This land provides a great opportunity for hunters to hunt Pheasant, Quail, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Furbearers, Dove, and Waterfowl. Fishing can also be done on Cooper wildlife management area. There are five designated camping areas on this land. Moreover, a designated area is available for car parking.  Hunters are not allowed to bring any kind of alcoholic drinks and drugs at this land. Hunters who visit this land must have a valid hunting license. Lastly, this land can be reached by traveling for 9 miles northwest on U.S. Highway 270.
