The area outside of Chelan is a habitat for small and large game. Columbia river flows along the area and provides fishing opportunity. The area covers 162 acres of land that includes wetland, cliff, and upland shrub steppe habitats. Hunting options in the region include beaver, deer, bighorn sheep, birds of prey and waterfowl. Adult steelhead can be observed in spawning in Beebe creek during April and May while adult chinook and coho salmon can be observed in October and November. The Beebe springs unit area has two access points from Chelan. Both access sites have their own car parking location. Restroom facility is available in the parking area.
