The property is comprised of 2161 acres of rolling interspersed agriculture and mature oak-hickory woods. A four-acre pond on the north portion offers fishing for bass, bluegill and catfish. a smaller, unnamed creek crosses the north portion of the property. Deer, quail, rabbit, squirrel, dove, woodcock, waterfowl and wild turkey are available at Deer Creek fish & wildlife area. Wild berries, nuts and spring and fall mushrooms may be gathered from the property. Hunting and fishing areas are also available for the people with disabilities. Any kind of shelter is not available for the hunters visiting this land.
