Newton, Searcy, 3,900 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Mule Deer, Turkey, Quail – Newton, Searcy, Arkansas

The 3,900 acres of Wildlife Management Area provides a home to small and large game animals. The management offers hunting opportunity for crow, elk, quail, bear, deer, turkey, squirrel, and rabbit. Bird dogs are allowed by the management. Bearcat Hollow WMA is owned by USDA Forest Service. A four wheel drive is recommended due to the rough terrain and road conditions. Bearcat Hollow has a season limit of two deer for deer hunting. Archery, muzzleloader, and modern guns are allowed for deer hunting. The parking area is located near the access point.
