This land is consisting of 4,925 acres out of which more than 50% land is covered with hardwood forest and the rest of the land is consisting of cultural grassland, emergent freshwater wetland, and shrub-scrub wetland. This land provides a great opportunity for hunters to hunt ducks, coots, bitterns, herons, egrets, ibises, shearwaters, fulmars, gannets, jaegers, and alcids. There is a special area on this land for the hunters who are physically challenged. Hunters are not allowed to bring any kind of drugs on this land. Moreover, camping is allowed on this land and a designated area is available for car parking.
