Livingston, 869 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Whitetail Deer, Turkey, Exotics – Livingston, Michigan

The total area of this hunting land is 869 – acres and is mostly covered with forest, wetland, grassy upland and timberland. This land is situated in Livingston County in Michigan. The animals that are available for hunting on this land are White-tailed Deer, Ring-necked Pheasant, and Eastern Wild Turkey. This land does not provide restrooms facility for the hunters. The management of this land apply a lot of practices to maintain the quality of this land. The practices include application of prescribed fire for extra brushes, application of herbicides, mowing, disking, haying, fertilizing, and bulldozing. Lastly, cars are not allowed beyond the parking area.
