Prince Edward, 3,164 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Turkey, Exotics – Prince Edward, Virginia

This area is located in Prince Edward county which is about seven miles south of Farmville, and it covers 3,164 acres land. 845 acres of area is covered by a lake. A concrete boat ramp at the Briery creek lake provides a facility of fishing. There is another boat ramp which is an ideal fit for anglers with relatively smaller boats or canoes. In the surrounding area of the lake, a thick forest attracts various wildlife animals. The Briery creek wma provides hunters with an opportunity to hunt deer, turkey, and squirrel.
