This land is a perfect for hunters seeking ducks, White tail deer, wading birds, and many other wildlife species. It is a 3,200-acre wet wonderland. A boat ramp is available which makes it easy for boaters to hit the water. Ellis Bay WMA provides no camping facility for the hunters visiting this land. Mosquitoes and other biting insects can be a problem from spring season. Hunters are advised to bring insect repellent, minimize exposed skin and wear light-colored clothing.
