This 7,277 – acres hunting land is situated in Converse County. The surface of this land is consisting of forest, grassland, wetland, and brushy upland. Hunting permission slips and a valid hunting license are important for hunting on this land. The permission slips for hunting Deer, Antelope and Elk can be taken from September to January and hunters can apply for them online from July onward. The permission slips for hunting Turkey, Blue Grouse, Partridge, and Rabbit can be taken on first come first get basis. The hunters who are underage are also allowed to hunt but there must be some adult with them. Hunters are not allowed to camp on this site. Moreover, no motor vehicle is allowed beyond the parking lot.
