Tuscola, 9,259 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Turkey, Duck, Exotics – Tuscola, Michigan

This hunting tract is consisting of 9,259 acres and is situated in Tuscola County in Michigan. Hunters are allowed to hunt Eastern Wild Turkey, Ruffed Grouse, and Wood Duck here. This land is managed properly in order to maintain the quality of wildlife. The practices that are applied to manage this land are burning of extra brushes, mowing, bulldozing, herbicides application, grass cutting, haying, fertilization, and disking. The surface of this land is occupied by wetland, timberland, brushy upland, and forest. There is no restroom facility on this land for the hunters. Underage hunters are also allowed to hunt but they must hunt under the continuous monitoring of some adult. Moreover, a designated car parking area is available.
