This land is consisting of 1,675 - acres in Socorro County. The surface of this land is mostly covered with croplands. The species which can be hunt on this land are Waterfowl, Elk, Raptors, and Sandhill Cranes. Fishing can also be done on Bernardo wildlife management area from March to September when canals are filled with water. Restrooms are available on this land. Hunters visiting this land must bring drinking water with them. The hunters and anglers visiting this land must posses appropriate licenses and permits. However, photographers and visitors do not need to have a license for visiting this land.
